Adventure 4: Part 2

The next 1000 years are pretty peaceful - I'm concentrating on building up my empire, getting financially stable and ready for a second push of expansion. In that vein, I started thinking about future city sites:

Somewhat premature, though - I'm crippled at the moment and need to recover before I consider building more Settlers. For now, I concentrate on spreading the Hindu faith through my empire (and, it seems, I also neglected to take many screenshots). Taoism spreads in from the Incans, and in retrospect I should've converted at this point, but I didn't and stuck with the faith I'd spread the most. Other events of note are that the Khan keeps trying to trade with me to get Copper, but I'm so not going to go for that! I also finally have a bit of a research strategy - I shall beeline for Liberalism, though this may be a forlorn hope as I'm really not very advanced compared with the rest of the world:

But nevertheless, I persevere. By 1000AD I'm building Markets everywhere, and my Workers are cottaging everything that's not a hill and not covered in trees. Given it's now rather late in the evening I decided this was the perfect place to pause, and took a couple more screenshots of my (slightly more) glorious empire:

Note that I'm actually above average with some of the stats - in particular I'm top of the pile for Import/Export :)
