Monday 13 April 2026 to Sunday 19 April 2026

Didn’t have as much time for the garden as I’d hoped, but I did get out for long enough to dig out another chunk of geraniums, so making progress. I’m going to have to come up with a plan for what to put in the bed soon.

I also had to water the pots & bits of the beds for the first time this year, as some stuff was starting to look a little droopy by Sunday. I also pulled out a lot of the bindweed that’s starting to try & takeover, and while I was doing that I noticed that both the loosestrife & the alstroemeria (I had to look that up in my notes) on the corner are starting to show signs of life. Both much later than the rest of the plants, which I know is true of the loosestrife but never quite believe it will actually sprout.
